Benches are placed strategically throughout the Zoo to offer important moments of rest for visitors. Create a lasting tribute by personalizing one of our Zoo benches with a special plaque bearing your message.
A personalized plaque will be installed on your bench, and we will maintain the plaque for the life of the bench (they are composite material and last a LONG time.) Plaques are 4″ x 11″ and have no character limit. Plaques will be audited annually to ensure they are still in good condition and will be replaced as needed.
We aim to keep benches in their designated spots, but they may be relocated to facilitate events or construction work. We will make every effort to place your bench in proximity to its existing location; however, final placement decisions rest with the Zoo.
